All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Price

All our prices are nett and prices in Brunei Dollars. We reserve the right to vary the price from time to time. Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full (except for Cash on Delivery)

Out of Stock Items

If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. You are most welcome to choose an alternative product or cancel your order if you wish to do so.

Cancellation of Orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods. Once order is confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be entertained.

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an automated electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If item is unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action within 3 days. All Orders will be followed up with an adjusted final invoice(should there be any) prior to delivery for Cash On Delivery Orders.

Gift wrapping services are available for a small fee starting from B$15.00. Please see our gift wrapping services. (only applicable to local orders)
