Exchanges & Refunds
We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated.
Exchanges of products are subjected to the following conditions :
1. Product must be in its original re-sellable condition, packaging and not soiled, stained or washed. 2. Exchanges is not applicable for under garments (except for bras) and breast pads. 3. Exchanges are not applicable to sale/marked down items, discontinued or end of line items. 4. Exchange items sent back are to be at customer's costs. We can arrange for courier pick up. Pick up charges are charged at B$6.00 per trip. Please contact us to arrange. 5. Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customer. 6. Exchanges can be converted to Store Credit valid up to 6months. 7. All exchanges are to be notified in writing within 5 days of the date of receipt of item/package together with the original receipt/proof of purchase. 8. Items which are faulty, must be returned to us within 7 days, and then we will arrange for a replacement or Store Credit valid up to 6 months.
I understand that it can be quite difficult sometimes to puchase your bras online even with the sizing guide. Should you find that the size is not to your fit, please let me know and we will work something out.
Dot Dot's Little Shop cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. So for your own protection, please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
